My rental is your own private space in a converted, very cute 1958 Kenskill Camper (RV) in mint condition with private entrance, kitchen & bath. You don't share anything and its fully furnished w everything you could need to live comfortably, and I can offer linen and towel's. Its a short walk to the EXPO line metro stop (Wester Ave) and the camper is located on the front of my property on a small safe dead end street with easy parking outside the camper. The property has cats on it. Utilities are included. No smoking inside, outside OK. Easy parking on small private street. The rental is available long or shorter term (1 month minimum) and there is a one time cleaning fee of $65.00 before move in due. The unit is rented month to month or longer stays are also available & preferred. Rent, security fee & cleaning fee is due before move in and rent due on monthly basis, or length of stay. If you choose to stay monthly the rent will be due every 20th to reserve the following month.Read more
